MISSION STATEMENT
DM at SDSU’s Morale Team builds community through weekly meetings, spreading positivity and energy as an extension of the executive board while showcasing the fun, meaningful, and life-changing impact of Dance Marathon and our connection with Rady Children’s and their families.
Morale Team Captains are the hype squad for DM! They bring energy to every event, post on social media, and help get people excited. Morale Team Captains help lead weekly Morale meetings, work to establish fundraising goals for the year, and they each lead a color team made up of Morale members for Main Event in February! They also choreograph and teach our Morale Dance! Their job is to keep the fun going and get everyone involved with DM!
